I’m not familiar with Homeseer either. From time to time there are reports of difficulties in flashing firmware from the native hub, but I don’t recall if Homeseer was among those. But if flashing via Homeseer doesn’t work, you can always use the PC Controller software to flash, as it’s typically reliable. The downside to that is that you must remove the switch from Homeseer to join it to the PC Controller, and then put it back. So if you have scenes, notifications, etc on the switch, it can be a bit of work.
