I was an April 25th preorder for one 10 pack and the store still shows my status as unfulfilled but I did receive my switches today.

According to USPS, they just received the the package three days after I was emailed a tracking number. Inovelliās site still says the order is unfulfilled, but USPS says my switches will be here by Monday.

Still waiting for a shipping email or for switches to magically appear on my front porch. Would be content with either outcome at this point. Ordered in August.

FYI. My email with traxking the other day now tonight just updated a few mins ago to show ups in now in posession and i should havey order tuesday.
So my guess is the bulk pickup just happened.
Anyone who has tracking. I bet there is movement now or by mornning.

FYI. I ordered 2x 10 packs. Amd it seems they are filling orders by size. Lowest to highest and easiest. Just blue switxhes not a mix of.

I would bet by end of n3xt week the rest of the orderes will receive tracking and get picked up next friday.
Has anyone in Canada received a shipping notification from aartech.ca for their pre-order?

Nothing yet, but Eric mentioned that we (Canadian orders) should probably get tracking number from Inovelli directly:

I too ordered in July. Iām upset at the poor business practice of ZWP and submitted a comment to their customer service informing them I was disgusted by their unethical practice and would never make a purchase from them. They responded with an apology and asked for my order #. I received a tracking # the next day. @Eric_Inovelli , you really should pull down all of your marketing banners directing customers to ZWP.

When they asked me for my order #, I supplied it. They ghosted me. Hopefully Inovelli has other options for fulfillment partners they can turn to in the future. Even at the low low price Iām sure they offered, ZWP just doesnāt seem to be worth it.

My order hasnāt shipped yet (that I know of) but I hope it doesnāt add any stress to anyone.
If Iām the last order that goes out, Iām fine with it.

Iām not convinced thats the case. They seem to be bouncing all over preorder list. I got tracking on Thursday for mine, early May preorder for 3x10 packs. There were plenty of folks commenting earlier with tracking info updates that week who were getting 5 singles or a 10 pack, and some who had 40 spread over separate orders.
I cant help but think its a terribly inefficient way to do it, especially since there are so many delays happening. But, hopefully they are shipping out soon now that the order fulfillments are wrapping up.

To anyone that hasnāt received a shipping email, if you use gmail or any service that tries to group emails by type, check the āpromotionsā type. My shipping notification email got filtered to that by gmail.
No diceā¦ simply no email at all = no soup for me.

Does the email come from inovelli or zwp?
Mine came from Inovelli.
FYI all, Order from April 25th, 3 switches, shipping email came Wednesday the 19th. No activity from UPS until the Friday the 21st.
