Any updates on the northern front? (Canadian orders) I’m itching to start playing with ol’ sparky.
One more datapoint: preordered May 20th, order #36xxx, one 10 pack, one single switch. Haven’t seen an email, Inovelli website says unfulfilled.
Well, that was fast. In the three days since I posted, I got a tracking number and shipping notification. It was delivered today!

They will start shipping out tomorrow!
Change of plans and we will be shipping them from the US. I guess it was going to cost more, slow the process down and just didn’t make sense after we talked with our broker. We would have to file again with CBP before even being able to send them off to Aartech and it would likely be a longer process with more headaches.
So these will start shipping from NJ to Canada tomorrow. All will go through USPS. Luckily the number of Canadian orders is much smaller so we should be able to get them all out within 1-3 business days.
If you find some extra aux switches i’d be interested too. I got my order in after the deadline in September. I just got a shipping notice on my Blue switches yesterday.
Interesting. This means it’s more likely we will get hit with Tax owing from Canada Post /CBSA. That sucks but it is what it is. I’m just happy they’re coming soon!
P.S. since you’re in Michigan wanna just drive over to Detroit and launch it over the river to me? Lol
Are you going to pre pay Duty on your end? I thought Eric said we didn’t have to worry about duty.
I logged in and still see Unfulfilled as my status of my 3 blue switches. One of them is a pre-order from April.
I haven’t gotten any shipping notifications either.
It’s almost November.
I’m starting to feel really left out.
Weird, I’m only a couple of towns over from the ZWP headquarters in NJ and I’m still waiting. I have a tracking number but UPS hasn’t received the package. I guess they must have had a full pallet that they were able to send out ahead of their Friday shipment.
Just received my 4 switches and bypass in the mail from my August 3rd preorder. Thanks @Eric_Inovelli and @Courtney_Inovelli for all your efforts working through everything. It’s greatly appreciated! Cheers.
Edit: Just an FYI. My online account states my order is paid but still unfulfilled. Just thought you would want to know as another data point in order to correct the website.

Has everyone been receiving updated tracking details as it works its way through UPS? Or does it just give you “Label Printed” and that’s the last update before it’s at your door?
Mine gave updates but they were a bit odd, it seems to keep replacing parts of the journey with the next part of the journey instead of showing me the full travel from NJ to NC.
For example yesterday mine said label created followed by on the way to Charlotte NC, then today the on the way to Charlotte NC part was replaced with on the way to “local fulfillment center” (my town), so I don’t have a full travel history. This morning at 9 AM it again removed that part and updated to out for delivery

“Label Printed” is all I got from Inovelli. But that email has the tracking number in it. Copying that into www.ups.com, I could see progress as the shipment was received & travelled (and I signed up with UPS to get notifications, so I got something from them saying the delivery was tomorrow, and another the next day giving the time). Following the tracking link on the label email takes you to a different web site - where progress didn’t get updated so reliably.
I think a lot of the tracking issues (aside from any UPS/USPS anomalies or someone, “overlooking” a shipment) stem from the fact that most orders were placed on our prior website (BigCommerce) and when they were transferred over to our new site (Shopify) order numbers changed.
However original orders were what was transferred into our fulfillment system (Shipstation) and even through Shopify and Shipstation are linked, when orders were marked as printed in Shipstation, since the order numbers didn’t match what was in Shopify, it wouldn’t update Shopify as fulfilled. But what did happen was that BigCommerce (which we still have open and synced to Shipstation) saw that orders were fulfilled and sent out auto-emails with tracking numbers.
In other words, anyone who ordered on BigCommerce received an email with a tracking number, but when they log into Shopify, it will continue to say, “unfulfilled”.
Hope that somewhat makes sense.
I plan to clean it all up once I have a free moment, which may not be for a bit.

I got the shipping notifications on Wednesday, but there’s been no movement since. The orders still show unfulfilled on the website and UPS shows they haven’t even received the package.
