I have one for you as well. As mentioned earlier in the thread - the status will stay as “unfulfilled” on the website. You should get a tracking number in your email though.

Another Canadian without a tracking order. Not found in my email inbox nor junk folder.

Normally I’d wait on this, but a tracking number is needed to pay duty and taxes online (and hopefully limit the amount of additional fees owed if we can pay earlier than later). Thank you!

How does that work to pay online?

Another Canadian here with no tracking info :wave: I think something must have gone wrong with the Canadian orders; has any Canadian received the aforementioned email?

@Glenn - If you track the package with Canada Post (using the USPS tracking number), they’ll email you about duties & taxes and you can pay online with a credit card, at which point they’ll deliver to your mailbox as if it were a regular package. Much more convenient than going to a post office.

I just tried the tracking number on Canada Post site and it doesn’t know about it. Does it show up when the package hits Canada? Also, how do they know my email - is it when I ask for status text/email?

Typically yeah, it’ll show up when USPS notifies Canada Post about the incoming package. I typically track the package on the USPS site first so I know when to check with Canada Post. Confusing, but it usually works.
