I have a single switch which was not responding to commands. When I went to pull the air gap, the power to the load was cut but the switch itself still had power. The rest of the switches that I have cut power completely when the air gap is pulled. In this case, I cannot power cycle the switch unless I cut the circuit power entirely.
I’d think this would need to be warranty exchanged, but wished to confirm with others here first.
