Auxiliary not working / Behaving weird

I have a recently hooked up 3-way dimmer with an Aux switch that isnt working correctly. The light will turn on/off and dim fine from the LZW31-SN. I have 4 different items below and it works fine for 1 and 3 but I have issues with 2 and 4.

  1. When I turn the light on from the LZW31-SN and then turn it off at the Aux switch it works.
  2. It will not turn on from the Aux.
  3. If I turn it on at the LZW31-SN and then dim it down at the aux it will dim down.
  4. If I try to dim it UP at the Aux it will dim DOWN which I dont understand.

I hooked up a red series dimmer (LZW31-SN) switch in a 3-way setup with GE Enbrighten 47896. I used the wiring shown below. I also followed the video instructions on the website for the Neutral Setup + Aux Switch setup.

What hub? Can you confirm you have set the parameters correctly for neutral and 3-way? A few people recently have had to set it differently then set it back a few times (slowly, wait 5 seconds between change) to the proper setting for it to take.

Yes I went through the process to set it for neutral, I tried a few different times and it never got better.

Which hub? And you also set for 3-way momentary (separate setting)?

Did you set parameter 22 to 2 ?
