All of a sudden, one of my Inovelli Blues has a single LED that is red (ish) when the switch is off. I hadn’t customized anything to do with the LEDs at all (e.g. notifications etc). If I change LEDColorWhenOff to other colors, it also looks slightly red or discolored.
I’m pretty sure the LED has gone bad given this shows up with other color settings, like white. But the weird thing is that it will shine blue when the switch is on. So not sure if I should be reaching out for support or if there’s some other SW explanation. I did try pulling the air gap to reset, but it did nothing.
