@EricM_Inovelli I was just playing with notifications and noticed that if I start a notification then turn the switch on or off that the 2x config click no longer cancels the notification. Seems to work any other time. Is that new or always been that way.
The 1.61 firmware thread seems to be gone and honestly I find locating a sub forum area for a certain topic sucks. I think this is the right place.
I haven’t noticed that, but I’ll check it out. Are you sure it is new in 1.61 or is it possible it was like that before?
Edit: Can you give me more information on the notification you are trying? I have done the following and it seems to be working for me:
The notification is turning off for me in this scenario.
It was a physical on-off, not a zwave.
I can’t test the older firmware, I updated all mine before I noticed.
I didn’t even realize this was a thing!
I’m in the process of updating to 1.61 so I still have a few left on 1.57. I tested with both versions and both are working fine for me.
-Set notification (red, brightness 5, indefinite, slow blink)
-Physically toggle switch on/off
-Double tap config button
-Notification cancels
I just tried it again with 8 devices using this - 37751515 which is a purple chase. It won’t cancel at all on 7 but does on one. All are set to neutral, 1-pole, with scene control enabled @ 1sec.
