Dimmer wont control light but shows in app

I have a Blue Series 2-1 dimmer connected to an Aeotec hub. I would like to use the switch as a dimmer & single-pole. I am able to change the switch to a dimmer successfully.

Using smartthings app the switch and app are in sink, showing on/off & dimming level. The light did turn on/off initially but then stopped. However, the light itself doesn’t turn on/off or dim at all now. Why?

Ultimately, I would like to be able to control the max dim level.

When you say the app and the switch are “in sync”, what do you mean?

What bulb(s) are you using?

Post screenshots of the switch’s settings. You’ll have to do it in multiple screenshots.
