I’ve discovered a neat “hack” where, even when you set the button delay to 0 (Home Assistant, image below), which basically means the switch won’t wait to see if you’re doing a double et. al click (effectively disabling 2+ click programming), this only seems to apply to the up and down paddles.
The config button, meanwhile, still has a separate delay that I guess isn’t exposed/configurable in HA. Meaning if you want, you can use a switch with “zero” delay for the paddles, but still have seven additional programmable button presses via the config button.
I’m curious if anyone knows what the delay is on the config button and if it’s also configurable like the main “button delay” for the paddle is.
