To make it easier to troubleshoot your issue, please provide the following when posting:
-
Model # of your smart switch: Red Series Dimmer (LZW31-SN), Red Series On/Off (LZW30-SN), Black Series Dimmer (LZW31), Black Series On/Off (LZW30), Fan/Light (LZW36)
-
Neutral or Non-Neutral Setup: Please provide whether or not you have a neutral wire – if unsure, it’s ok.
-
Single Pole, 3-Way, 4-Way, etc: How is your switch wired?
- Single Pole = One Switch to one Load
- 3-Way = Two Switches to one Load
- 4-Way = Three Switches to one Load
- 5-Way = Four Switches to one Load
-
Multi-Switch Setup (ie: 3-Way, 4-Way, etc): Are you using a dumb/existing light switch or are you using an auxiliary switch (GE, HomeSeer) with your Inovelli switch?
-
Pictures: It makes things so much easier if you could provide pictures when posting. The more angles of both the smart and dumb switch, the better. A good example is one like this:
The above shows multiple angles of the dumb switch so we can see where the wires are coming from in the gangbox and also see where they are going on the switch.
