Hey everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that we’ve finished implementing a feature that you may have seen when posting in that there’s a colored, “IN” by your name.
This is tied to the tier level you’re at for the Rewards Program.
If you notice yours is incorrect, please let @Brianna_Inovelli or myself know and we’ll look into it. The way it’s setup right now is that it pulls the tier level from your account (in Loyalty Lion) and then awards you a badge in the forum (Discourse). So, if you are bronze in Loyalty Lion, you will be awarded a Bronze Tier Badge in Discourse.
The way that Discourse works is that it would display all levels at once (so you’d have bronze, silver, gold, diamond) all displaying if we kept the badges in your account, so the workaround was that if/when you move up a tier, the lower level is removed from your badges and replaced with the higher level one.
Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know in case you were wondering!
