Omg! The 1st pre-order has a tracking #! What a relief…
Nice! It’s great to hear someone in here is seeing their orders ship. I have six different preorders and have yet to get a shipping confirmation for one of them. I figured two weeks would be more than enough time to ship everything, but apparently not.
It’s only a tracking number… still hasn’t shipped yet. If last week was anything to go by, there’ll be several days of tracking # notifications before anything ships. Here’s hoping they tie up all the loose ends and get all of us squared away this week!
Got my tracking number this afternoon! Hoping they are in my hands next weekend.
If UPS has their time corect. I will have it in 3 days.

Yeah some of this just isn’t adding up. I have a feeling many customers will never receive the products at all. Seen too many companies over promise and under deliver only to blame it on another company. This is starting to look bad and it’s more worrying than anything. No hate to Inovelli, but this situation is not great. Lots of us had pre-orders in when they launched and yet still have no shipment yet other’s here purchased last minute and already have a tracking number. So far though - I have yet to see a customer actually received the product. Very many red flags here. Needless to say, I am worried.
June preorder, still unfulfilled. Why did an e-mail go out stating everyone has been shipped already? I am confused. What’s going on?
No such email went out. Only one saying that orders were starting to ship.
Who sent you an email stating everything had been shipped? Inovelli stated today that there are still pending orders.
Have you looked at the other threads here? Several people have posted with questions/problems about the switches they received. Heck, look in this thread, e.g., this post. Do you think people are getting tracking numbers for empty boxes?
I just counted about 14 threads with numerous posters discussing their Blue switches. C’mon man …

Weird because they even closed the discussions originally stating that since all have been shipped they didn’t need the discussion open anymore. It was then closed. Then re-opened later due to the complaints and people not receiving the product.
They never reopened a thread etc, the shipping issues were split into this thread to keep it on track.
They stated that they would close the discussion as all have been shipped. Then all the sudden people started complaining and then it was re-opened / not closed. I provided proof of that as there are messages asking why they’re closing the discussion early on in the thread.
I don’t mean to play semantics, but I stated that I was going to close the project thread bc it served it’s purpose (to collaborate and bring the project to life) and people would start receiving their switches.
The person you screenshotted asked if I could keep the thread open longer bc of shipping issues and I said yes. But then the thread turned into everyone asking about shipping updates so I split that thread and created this one.
Again, since the original thread served it’s purpose, I closed it and focused on three new areas:
- Troubleshooting
- Ideas/Enhancements
- Shipping Discussion

Regarding an email that went out. The last email I sent out was on October 7th, when I asked everyone to update their addresses just in case they’ve moved. I’m not aware of any other email stating all orders have been fulfilled bc that’s unfortunately not the case.
Hope that clears things up and I hope that the orders finish shipping this week.
